In this Leadership Solution we take delegates on a journey of self-reflection during which they discover their “purpose” and develop a personal leadership brand as well as a team charter which defines the ‘brand’ of their team and how they wish to lead them.
Background
This module explores the importance of having a passion for leadership, and using that passion to build your personal leadership brand. Once established, your personal brand is used to inspire those you lead towards understanding their personal “why”, and building their own personal leadership brand. This is all centred around CONNECTION, TRUST & INFLUENCE.
