Through the years of delivering our leadership interventions we have come to realise that although the major focus of our training involves the leadership of people through building trust and connection, we do recognise that leading people also involves some aspects of managing people.
This course is built around the assumption that once we have fostered trust-based relationships with our teams we need also to understand the management of people as a leadership function.
